The Builder Newsletter has turned out to be a key marketing and sales tool for our company. While we continue to extend our reach to our database (We have over 1000 subscribers and are still growing!), there has been an unexpected benefit from the newsletter.
Our newsletter is making the rounds to statewide and local professional associations. Because they believe I am writing the articles, a number of them have sought me out as an expert in the field and have asked me to present to their organizations. I have enjoyed my new role as public speaker. While I find it personally gratifying to give back to the building community in this way, I know it is extending our brand in the community and will lead to additional newsletter enrollments and ultimately increased business.
